Admissions FAQs

We understand that applying to a new school can raise many questions. Below are answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding admissions at Life Path School of Excellence.

You can apply in two ways:

  • Contact or visit the school: Speak directly with the Headteacher, pick up an application form, or send your application via mail or email.
  • Apply online: Complete the online application form on our website or download it, fill it, and submit it via email.

  • Completed application form (online or paper)
  • Child’s birth certificate or proof of age
  • Previous school reports (if applicable)
  • Immunisation/health records
  • Passport-sized photo of the child

Once your application is received (online or by mail), the school reviews it and will respond within 48 hours with next steps, which may include an interview or placement confirmation.

Yes. All applicants may be required to sit for a short aptitude assessment to help the school determine the appropriate grade placement.

Yes. The school follows Zambia’s national age guidelines for early learning and primary education. Exact age criteria for each grade are provided on the application form or can be obtained from the admissions office.

Yes. Parents are encouraged to attend Open Days or arrange private visits to tour the school, meet teachers, and experience the learning environment.

Fees depend on the grade level and include tuition, PTA subscription, book deposit, enrolment fees, and aptitude test fees. Fees are outlined in the Fees page and can be paid in full at the start of the term or in agreed instalments.

Yes. Life Path School of Excellence is a Christian, faith-based school, integrating Biblical values and character formation into the curriculum and daily routines.
