School History
Life Path School of Excellence
Life Path School of Excellence was established with a clear purpose: to provide a nurturing, faith-based learning environment where children can grow academically, spiritually, and personally. From its beginnings, the school has been guided by a commitment to excellence, character formation, and service to the community.
Our Beginnings

Life Path School of Excellence opened its doors in Ibex Hill, Lusaka, in response to the growing need for high-quality early childhood and primary education in a safe and supportive environment. The school was founded on Christian principles, with the vision of shaping confident, responsible, and inspired learners.
What began as a modest initiative has steadily grown into a reputable centre of learning that serves families within Ibex Hill, the surrounding areas, and beyond. Our location, opposite the U.S. Embassy, has contributed to a calm, secure atmosphere that supports effective teaching and learning.
Growth and Development
Over the years, Life Path School of Excellence has expanded its academic and co-curricular programmes to meet the evolving needs of learners. The school introduced day-care services to support early development, and later added a range of enrichment activities such as:
- Swimming lessons
- Music lessons
- Choir
- Cookery and practical life skills
- Creative arts
- Afternoon clubs and supervised play

These additions were designed to offer a balanced, holistic education that goes beyond the classroom and helps children discover and develop their talents.
Our Faith Foundation
The school remains rooted in its Christian heritage. Biblical values guide our approach to teaching, discipline, leadership, and community engagement. This foundation continues to shape the culture of the school and the character of its learners.
Continuing the Journey
Today, Life Path School of Excellence stands as a growing institution committed to delivering exceptional education and spiritual grounding. Our focus remains on developing children who are academically prepared, morally grounded, and equipped with practical life skills.
As we look toward the future, we continue to invest in our teachers, facilities, and programmes, ensuring that every child who walks through our gates receives the best possible start in life.
